I had a great stay at this hotel in Medellin. The rooms were extremely clean and modern, and we were even able to stay past the usual checkout time, which was very accommodating. The hotel's staff were attentive to our needs, making our stay very pleasant. However, we did encounter a minor issue with the service lacking in greeting upon interference. The location was convenient with access to essential amenities, though the area is a bit hilly. Overall, a good option for a stay in Medellin.
